A number of articles, research papers, monographs, and opinion pieces dealing with law enforcement in the country appear in different media channels almost every day. They provide incisive analysis of the different aspects of policing along with deep and actionable insights for police officials. As these articles appear in different newspapers, magazines across multiple formats, they remain scattered and end up getting lost in the plethora of information that gets generated every day. This media repository is an effort to consolidate all such papers and articles in a central repository for reference of police officials and the general public alike.
Please note that due to IPR constraints, we are able to publish only the links to published articles. Authors who would like to have their articles uploaded, or if the links to any important material are to be included in the repository, the same may please be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org . We request authors and members of the police fraternity to help populate this repository further.
This effort to prepare a central repository of the articles and research papers relating to policing and prepare a database of all such material in a searchable format, has been the result of an initiative of the Indian Police Foundation. The foundation would like to thank Smt Nazneen Bhasin IPS, DIG (Haryana) and Head Clerk, Women Safety Cell Mr.Balvinder Singh (Haryana Police) whose tireless efforts have made this possible. We are equally thankful to Shri Ranjeet Rane (citizen volunteer) who has been contributing his time and intellect for materialising some of the key initiatives of the IPF. And of course, to Shri Deepak Sachdeva of Design A Website.
