Shri O.P. Singh, President and CEO-elect of IPF, was invited as an esteemed speaker at the State-level conference on Child Marriage and Child Sexual Abuse held on 29th March 2025 at the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Justice T.S. Sivagnanam, Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court, Justice Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, Judge of the High Court at Calcutta and Executive Chairman of A&N SLSA, and Mr. Bhuwan Ribhu, Founder of Just Rights for Children, were among the distinguished participants in the conference.

During the event, Shri Singh emphasized that increased access to digital platforms has made children more vulnerable, necessitating attention from guardians. He advocated for collaborative consultations among key stakeholders, the establishment of a robust reporting mechanism, improved services for child victims, and the recognition of child sexual abuse as an organized economic crime
