Keynote Address & Panel Leadership • 12–14 November 2025

Shri O.P. Singh, President & CEO of the Indian Police Foundation, participated in the 35th IISSM Annual Global Conclave held in Goa from 12–14 November 2025. He delivered a keynote address on the theme “National Security – Risk to Resilience,” highlighting the evolving security environment and the need for strengthened institutional preparedness.

His keynote focused on the role of policing, public institutions, and collaborative security mechanisms in addressing emerging risk scenarios and strengthening national resilience.

In addition to the keynote, Shri Singh chaired a panel discussion on “Public–Private Synergy in National Security: Building Resilient Infrastructure and Intelligence Networks.” The session explored how cooperation between government, industry, and technology sectors contributes to stronger intelligence systems, early threat detection, and coordinated emergency response.

His participation provided insights into integrated security frameworks and the growing relevance of public–private partnerships in national security planning and implementation.
