Mr. Prasanna Karthik is a public policy professional with over eleven years of total work experience spanning across areas such as corporate, election campaign, business consulting, government consulting, state government, and national government. He possess experience and expertise in policy design, implementation and monitoring at senior layers of the government. He is the founder of a non-profit organization called Padmashri Foundation that supports education of children from economically weaker sections. He is a post graduate in MA Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from TISS. He served as an officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister (Manohar Parrikar): Government of Goa, India, policy consultant to the Defence Minister of India (Mr. Manohar Parrikar): Ministry of Defence, Government of India, Senior Consultant at KPMG Advisory Services Private Limited – Infrastructure and Government Services, consultant at National Intelligence Grid (NATGRID) - Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, and Head Operations at National Digital Operations Centre (NDOC) - Bharatiya Janata Party. He is also selected as one of India’s Promising Young Thinkers, by India Foundation – one of India’s leading public policy think tanks.
